We inform you that, pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data”), Social Engagement of Eugenio Tommasi (hereafter Social Engagement), VAT number 04595430754, with registered office in Via Roma 163, 73021 Calimera (Le), is the Data Controller of the personal data you provide.

Personal data processing means their collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction or the combination of two or more of these operations .

These data will be processed by Social Engagement for the purpose of executing the service requested by you or one or more operations requested.

We also inform you that the processing will take place, also with the help of automated tools designed to store, manage and transmit the data, in compliance with the methods that Art. 11 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 places your guarantee, protecting your rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity.

The personal data you provide can be brought to the attention of the data processors and can be communicated for the aforementioned purposes to external collaborators and, in general, to all those subjects to whom the communication is necessary for the correct fulfillment of the service requested by you . We undertake not to disclose any information relating to individual users for commercial purposes.

The provision of personal data referred to herein is strictly necessary for the purpose of providing the service requested by you, so any failure to consent will make it impossible to provide the service itself.

In order to provide a complete service, our site contains links to other websites, which can be managed directly by us, or by associations or companies related to us, and also not managed by us. We are not responsible for the contents and compliance with the privacy legislation by sites that we do not manage to refer to. We also inform you that access to the site allows you to locate the user’s IP address.

Personal data may be transferred to countries of the European Union and to third countries with respect to the European Union as part of the execution of the service requested by you.

We also inform you that in relation to the aforementioned treatments, you can exercise the rights referred to in Article 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (article whose text is below reported).

Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003 of 30 June 2003 – Right of access to personal data and other rights.

I – The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

II – The interested party has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of treatment; c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

III – The interested party has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment occurs proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

IV – The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
