Blatten is a village and municipality in the Lötschental in the canton of Valais, Switzerland, which was almost entirely destroyed by a cataclysmic landslide on 28 May 2025. It is part of the district of Westlich Raron, and much of its area lies within the Jungfrau-Aletsch protected area, a World Heritage Site. In addition to the main village of Blatten, the municipality includes the settlements of Eisten, Fafleralp, Ried and Weissenried.
